Application features

With 20CrMnTi, 20CrMo, 42CrMo and other steels as the matrix, the surface is diamond-shaped reticulated oil line, carburized and quenched after finishing, and then the surface is phosphated and vulcanized to form a high-hardness surface layer, which has the advantages of wear resistance, fatigue resistance, long life, and high toughness and impact resistance in the middle layer.

Suitable for harsh working conditions such as high load, low speed, impact load, etc.

It is used in joint parts such as excavators, rotary drilling rigs, large loaders, continuous wall grabbers, etc.
